The Brief
The JUNO Awards are Canada's highest honour in music. The Official After Party in support of MusiCounts closes out JUNO Week and hosts artists, nominees, industry leaders, media, and supporters of MusiCounts — Canada's music education charity.
CARAS and MusiCounts needed a photo activation that could:
- Handle continuous flow from 1,000+ guests over the 3.5-hour event without bottlenecks
- Deliver custom-branded prints aligned to both JUNO and MusiCounts visual identity
- Create shareable digital assets for social amplification during and after the event
- Produce a unique keepsake guests would actually take home and remember
- Operate seamlessly alongside live music and a packed venue without disrupting the guest experience
What We Delivered
Pic Booth deployed two activation stations running in parallel — chosen specifically for the scale and energy of a JUNOs crowd.
The Magic Mirror Photo Booth
A full-length interactive mirror running custom JUNO + MusiCounts overlays on every print. Instant high-quality photos, digital text/email sharing, and a touch-screen experience designed for fast-moving crowds.
The Draw Bots
Our Draw Bots transformed guest photos into custom hand-drawn portrait keepsakes on the spot — each one music-themed to match the event, with JUNO Awards branding on every print.
