WHAT IS A MAGIC MIRROR?As your guests walk up to the mirror, colorful animations and a voice guidance invites them to engage in a magical, interactive, "selfie" experience presenting a photo keepsake! With many different customizable features, you will light up any room for any event.

IS THE MAGIC MIRROR A TOUCHSCREEN?Yes! It works entirely from touchscreen technology making it simple to use. You can even sign off your pictures with a signature or message.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MAGIC MIRROR AND A TRADITIONAL PHOTO BOOTH?A Magic Mirror is the modern equivalent of a photobooth that has a touch screen and there are lots of other options around technology, such as; share photos via text, email or print on site. The Magic Mirror also allows you to add stamps and your signature to an photo!

HOW LONG IS A PHOTO BOOTH HIRE FOR?We have packages starting at 2 hours, and can always work with you to provide a package for a longer duration or over several days for a tradeshow or exhibit.

DO YOU SUPPLY BACKDROPS?Yes, we include 10x10 or 8x8 a backdrop in all of our packages.

CAN I PRINT PICTURES ON SITE?Yes this an option available on all of our packages. We use a professional camera and printer to print right on site.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY PHOTO BOOTH PICTURES?All event images can be found on the USB given to you the evening of the event and they will be uploaded to the online portal within a few days of the event.

CAN GUESTS SHARE THEIR PHOTOS DIRECTLY TO SOCIAL MEDIA?Yes!! And we encourage you to! The magic mirror can email or even text you image saved to your phone immediately. Send and share your photo on all your favorite platforms!

WHAT SIZE ARE THE PICTURES PRINTED?We can print either 4x6 or 4x2 strips. Most popular is the 4x6 prints.

IS SETUP AND REMOVAL INCLUDED?YES! All the equipment is delivered, setup, tested and monitored by a professional attended.

WHAT DO YOU NEED AT AN EVENT?We need space of ideally 10×10 but at least 6×5. We need power, 110V, we bring our own extension cords. Internet, preferably provided by the event location, but we do have other sources.

WHAT AREAS TO YOU SERVE?Niagara Region, Vineland, Grimsby, Beamsville, Stony Creek, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington and Toronto.

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?Your deposit is not refundable, but we will allow you to use the deposit for up to 1 year from date of booking.

WHO MANAGES THE BOOTH DURING THE EVENT?We will have one of our friendly professional staff members at the event, helping guests get the most out of Magic Mirror.

WHAT IS AN IDLE FEE?This is the time between starting and stopping service. This fee might apply if the booth is set up early, or if there are periods during the event when the booth is not in use, such as during dinner or speeches. We do not charge idle fees.

ARE TEMPLATES INCLDUED?Yes, we include templates with all of our rentals.

WHAT TYPE OF CAMERAS DO YOU USE?We use professional grade cameras to ensure the best photo quality.

DO YOU HAVE A GLAM BOOTH?Yes. All of our photo booths can shoot in Black and White, and apply the 'Glam' filter. We can use a white, black or grey backdrop to make stunning photos.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?Yes, we do have a wide selection of fun props we bring with us. It's fully up to you if you want us to bring them or not.
